About Us

Teacher Matt has been teaching for over a decade. He has been a homeroom teacher in Taiwan and taught chess, science, and English there for nine years. He has learned a lot from the demanding East-Asian teaching system but combines that with the more practical critical-thinking based approach of the West. He is a 'Class A' chess player who has won many tournaments including the British U125 championships He has completed both teaching qualifications and an MA.
